Inspection Equipments We use

  • Digital Electronic Weighing Scale

A digital weighing scale is the most accurate and precise analog front-end (AFE) instrument that uses force sensors to measure the load of an object. These scales find application in myriad areas, including wide-ranging use in industry. The need for high accuracy and user-friendly features in digital weighing scales has led to an increase in demand by industrial and nonindustrial users. Accurate weight measurement is vital in the food industry, pharmacology, chemistry and many other fields. In addition, there has been increased emphasis on implementing uniform regional weighing standards. Precise and accurate weight control measures can translate into higher product quality and packaging and greater manufacturing efficiency.

  • Hot Air Ovens

Hot air ovens are electrical devices which use dry heat to sterilize. They were originally developed by Louis Pasteur.[1] Generally, they use a thermostat to control the temperature. Their double walled insulation keeps the heat in and conserves energy, the inner layer being a poor conductor and outer layer being metallic. There is also an air filled space in between to aid insulation. An air circulating fan helps in uniform distribution of the heat. These are fitted with the adjustable wire mesh plated trays or aluminium trays and may have an on/off rocker switch, as well as indicators and controls for temperature and holding time. The capacities of these ovens vary. Power supply needs vary from country to country, depending on the voltage and frequency (hertz) used. Temperature sensitive tapes or biological indicators using bacterial spores can be used as controls, to test for the efficacy of the device during use.

  • Contour Analysis System

Contour analysis is often used to detect defects in objects by analyzing the object's contours. To analyze the contour of objects, curvature profile is often used. The curvature profile is effective in detecting defects in places where the contour changes abruptly. Two different approaches may be used to compare contours: the use of fitted data with a reference contour and the use of reference template image. This chapter focuses on the method using the reference template. This method uses the contour of an object and a reference template to detect defects by comparing the two contours. The chapter presents steps that help detect defects based on template image. The defects can be detected by comparing the distance against a threshold tolerance. After finishing the selection of controls and indicators, a Vision Assistant Express VI can be created.

  • Brinell Hardness Measurement

The Brinell 3000 is designed for high load Brinell Hardness measurement on steel & other ferrous materials & also on non-ferrous materials like Brass, Bronze, Aluminium, etc. The material can be cast, forged or rolled & the shape can be flat, round or irregular. This machine is specially used in production testing. Its stability & unique design of a floating fulcrum lever system ensure high accuracy & dependability. The load application system is of dead weight type combined with mechanical lever system. The supporting hydraulic system is for initial lifting of load before each test & damping the load application system for smooth application of load.

  • Analog Tensile Testing Machine

A tensile tester, also known as a pull tester or univeral testing machine (UTM), is an electromechanical test system that applies a tensile (pull) force to a material to determine the tensile strength and deformation behavior until break. A typical tensile testing machine consists of a load cell, crosshead, extensometer, specimen grips, electronics and a drive system. It is controlled by testing software used to define machine and safety settings and store test parameters specified by testing standards such as ASTM and ISO. The amount of force applied to the machine and the elongation of the specimen are recorded throughout the test. Measuring the force required to stretch or elongate a material to the point of permanent deformation or break helps designers and manufacturers predict how materials will perform when implemented for their intended purpose.
